Notice is hereby given that on 20th June 2022 a petition was presented to Greenock Sheriff Court by the Directors of Chateaux de Chez Ltd (Company Number SC496545) craving the Court inter alia to order that Chateaux de Chez Ltd having their registered office at 3 Caledonia Drive, Greenock, Inverclyde, PA15 2WF be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Greenock by Interlocutor dated 6th July 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
