Notice is hereby given that on 16 May 2022 a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Q.E.D. Sales Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Strathdeveron House, Steven Road, Huntly, Aberdeenshire AB54 8SX craving the court inter alia that Q.E.D. Sales Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint joint interim liquidators, in which Petition the sheriff by interlocutor dated Q.E.D. SALES LIMITED appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Blair Milne and James Fennessey, Insolvency Practitioners, Azets, Titanium, 1 King's Inch Place, Renfrew PA4 8WF to be joint provisional liquidators of Q.E.D. Sales Limited with the powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
