NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed Joint Liquidators on behalf of the Directors of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 25 May 2022 at 11.30 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator and for the purpose provided for in Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

All proxy forms must be delivered to the convenor or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11:30am on 25 May 2022
