Notice is hereby given that on 5 May 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Evolution Fit Gym UK Limited craving the Court inter alia that Evolution Fit Gym UK Limited having its registered office at Straik Road, Elrick, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, AB32 6TL be wound up by the Court and that Mr Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Mr Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queens Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD be appointed as joint Provisional Liquidators and after service, intimation and advertisement, Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 6 May 2022 appointed the said Mr Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Mr Kenneth Robert Craig as joint Provisional Liquidators and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
