NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kostadin Borovicanin of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 19 May 2022 at 2:15pm for the purposes of deciding on the appointment of the Liquidator, approving the unpaid pre-appointments fees and expenses, approving the fees and expenses of the Liquidation and deciding if a Liquidation Committee should be established.
