This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Director of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Samar Nadir, c/o Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidator appointed by the members and accordingly Ian Yerrill will be appointed as Liquidator of the company on the passing of the resolution to wind-up the Company by the Shareholders in general meeting.

2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established.

In the event that no committee is established, the following resolutions will additionally be put to the creditors:

That the costs of Yerrill Murphy in connection with the convening of the statutory meeting of members held on 12 May 2022 together with the costs of convening a physical meeting of creditors held on 5 May 2022 and the preparation of the Report and Statement of Affairs provided to that meeting, be fixed at £3,000 plus VAT, plus disbursements, with authority to draw as and when funds permit.

4. That the Liquidator's fees be fixed by reference a fixed charge of £7,500 together with 25% of aggregate realisations, all plus VAT with authority to draw as and when funds permit.

The meeting will be held at Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent TN24 8DH on 5 May 2022 at 11.00 am. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
