NOTICE is hereby given that on 19 April 2022 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Ecotricity Group Ltd, Legal Department Lion House Rowcroft, Stroud GL5 3BY for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up BOYD INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (COMPANY NUMBER SC202191) having their registered office at Union Plaza (6th Floor) 1 Union Wynd Aberdeen AB10 1DQ and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 19 April 2022 appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Press & Journal newspaper; Ordains the said BOYD INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House Castle Street Aberdeen AB10 1WP within eight days after intimation and advertisement; under certifications, all of which notice is hereby given.
