NOTICE is hereby given that on 31 March 2022 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Alloa by CDF Dollar Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having a place of business at 44 Bridge Street, Dollar, FK14 7DE (Company Registration number: SC484775) craving the Court, inter alia, that CDF Dollar Limited be wound up by the Court and that Claire Louise Middlebrook, Insolvency Practitioner, Middlebrooks Business Recovery and Advice Limited, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QA be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 31 March 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Alloa Sheriff Court, 47 Drysdale Street, Alloa, FK10 1JA within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; All of which Notice is hereby given.
