Notice is hereby given that on 22 March 2022 a Petition was presented to Oban Sheriff Court by Sinclair Plant & Contracting Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC255961) and having its registered office at Abernethys, Connel, By Oban, PA37 1RN (“the Company”), craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that the Company be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff Hughes, by Interlocutor dated 25 March 2022, meantime appointed Mark Harper, Insolvency Practitioner, Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 1RW and Steven John Parker, Insolvency Practitioner, Opus Restructuring LLP, Fourth Floor, Euston House, 24 Eversholt Street, London, NW1 1DB to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 until the appointment of an interim liquidator, or dismissal of the Petition, and ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Oban within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
