"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Wright, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up of the Company".
