This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Director of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Michael Thomas Greene c/o Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidator appointed by the members and accordingly Ian Yerrill remains as Liquidator of the Company.

2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established.

As a result of the requirement to hold a physical meeting, any original decision procedure commenced to consider the above proposed decisions is superseded.

The meeting will be held at Holiday Inn Ashford Central, Canterbury Road, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8QQ on 24 March 2022 at 3.00 pm. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
