Notice is hereby given that on 2 March 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dumfries Sheriff Court by Electrical Tech (GB) Limited craving the Court inter alia that Electrical Tech (GB) Limited having its registered office at Unit 7, Catherinefield Industrial Estate, Dumfries, DG1 3PQ be wound up by the Court and that Mr Donald ^McKinnonof Wylie and Bisset LLP, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB be appointed as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 3 March 2022 appointed the said Mr Donald McKinnon of Wylie and Bisset LLP as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dumfries Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
