Notice is hereby given that on 23rd December 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that RPM Construction Services Limited, formerly having its Registered Office at 85 Orbiston Street, Motherwell, ML1 1PX and Office 3/7, 54 Gordon Street, Glasgow, G1 3PU be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 17th January 2022 ordained the said RPM Construction Services Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
