Notice is hereby given that on 5th January 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that Albany Street Developments Ltd, with its Registered Office at Flat 3/2, 7 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 1HS be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 9th February 2022 ordained the said Albany Street Developments Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
