Notice is hereby given under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rules 6.14 and 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the director of the Company ('the convener') is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a liquidator by way of a virtual meeting.
