A Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Ayr (Court Ref: AYR-L1-22) by J. Allan Thomson as the sole director of W.G. Walker & Company (Ayr) Limited, having its registered office at 15d Skye Road, Prestwick, KA9 2TA (the "Company"), craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company (Reg. no. SC020732) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 12 January 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed Scott Bastick, Insolvency Practitioner (SoS number 13930, Tel: 0204 548 1000) and Mark Philips, Insolvency Practitioner (SoS number 9320, Tel: 0204 548 1000) of SKSI Limited, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JS to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
