A Petition to wind-up the above named Company of CORNERTRACK LIMITED (IN ADMINISTRATION) (07320404) of c/o Begbies Traynor (Central LLP), Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ whose nature of business is 46342 – Wholesale of wine, beer, spirits and other alcoholic beverages and 56302 – Public houses and bars, presented on 14 October 2021 by CROWDSTAKER CORPORATE SERVICES LIMITED of Floors 1 &2, 6 Victoria Street, St Albans, Herts, AL1 3JB who were substituted as Petitioner in place of Andrew Mackenzie and Julian Pitts the former administrators of the Company on 23 December 2021, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on Tuesday 25 January 2022 at 10:00 am (or so soon thereafter as the amended Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or his/its solicitor in accordance with rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, SI 2016/1024 by 16:00 hours on Monday 24 January 2022.
