NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented in Ayr Sheriff Court by David William Cumming, 10 Alloway Street, Ayr, Ayrshire, Scotland, KA7 1SH on 10 December 2021 craving the Court inter alia to order that William Cumming and Son Ltd (Company Number SC366917), having its registered office at 10 Alloway Street, Ayr, Ayrshire, Scotland, KA7 1SH be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidators; and in the meantime, to appoint Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Insolvency Practitioner of Interpath Ltd, 31 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh, EH2 4ET and Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs, Insolvency Practitioner of Interpath Ltd, 319 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5AS as Provisional Liquidators of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr by Interlocutor dated 15 December 2021 appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs as Provisional Liquidators with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
