Notice is hereby given that on 10 December 2021 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by George Scott and Sam McGuiness as sole directors of Dooneen Limited, craving the Court that Dooneen Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 2/2 Kensington House, 227 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EX (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at  Glasgow by Interlocutor 10 December 2021 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Gerard Patrick Crampsey,   Insolvency Practitioner, Stirling Toner Ltd, Kensington House, 227 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EX and Shona Campbell Insolvency Practitioner, Henderson Loggie, 100 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1PP to be provisional liquidators with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months from the date of said Interlocutor (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator of said company, whichever is earlier; all of which notice is hereby given.
