A Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Forfar (Court Ref: FFR-L4-21) by Habib Abbaszadeh and Jacqueline Abbaszadeh as the directors of H JJ Foods Ltd, having its registered office at Unit 10 Orchardbank Industrial Estate, Forfar, DD8 1TD (the "Company"), craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company (Reg. no. SC576018) be wound up by the Court and that George Lafferty Insolvency Practitioner and Barry Stewart Insolvency Practitioner both of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 2 December 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Forfar within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
