A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 7 October 2021 by Mrs Sandra Wilkinson of Tank Cottage, Waplington, York YO42 4RS claiming to be a contributory of the Company. The petition will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG, on 14 December 2021, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
