Notice is hereby given that on 3 November 2021, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Saffery Champness craving the Court, inter alia that Seven Hills Venture Partners Limited (Company Number SC239385) and having its registered office at 64 Main Street, Longforgan, Dundee, DD2 5EU, and prior to 27 August 2021 having had its registered office at Edinburgh Quay, 133 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9AB, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed: by Interlocutor dated 4 November 2021 the Sheriff at Edinburgh ordered the following:

“The sheriff, having considered the foregoing petition, appoints a copy thereof and of this deliverance to be published on the SCTS website in lieu of the Walls of Court and a like copy to be served upon the said Seven Hills Venture Partners Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC239385) and having its Registered Office at 64 Main Street, DUNDEE, DD2 5EU; further, appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in The Herald newspaper; ordains the said Seven Hills Venture Partners Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC239385) and having its Registered Office at 64 Main Street, Dundee, DD2 5EU and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification”
