Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 8.13 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held on, on 08 November 2021, at 10.15 am. for the purposes mentioned in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986. If a creditor cannot attend, or does not wish to attend, but still wishes to vote at the virtual meeting, they may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy may be either for this specific meeting or a continuing proxy for the insolvency proceedings and must be delivered to the chair before the meeting. A creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof of debt in the requisite time frame.
