Notice is hereby given that on 20th of October 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth Sheriff Court by Jennifer Baillie, David John Law, Shenhaz Razul, Gwynneth Rees-Kenny, Christine Roxburgh, Rosemary Scott, and Andrew St Clair Watson, craving the Court that inter alia Balnacraig School, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC385164) and limited by guarantee having its registered office at Fairmount Terrace, Perth, Perthshire, PH2 7AR (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Shona Joanne Campbell, Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Green Market, Dundee, DD1 4QB, be appointed Provisional Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Perth by Interlocutor dated 20th October 2021 appointed that all persons having an interest in wishing to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court, within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; and appointed the said Shona Joanne Campbell to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with inter alia the powers contained within paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
