Notice is hereby given that on 15 October 2021 a Petition was presented to the Council and Session at Edinburgh by Ecosse IP Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC543217 and having its registered office at 6 & 7 Queens Terrace, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB10 1XL craving the Court inter alia that Ecosse IP Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC543217 and having its registered office at 6 & 7 Queens Terrace, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB10 1XL be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Provisional Liquidator, in which Petition the Lord Ordinary at the Council and Session at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 15 October 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Council and Session at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, under certification, all of which notice is hereby given and in the meantime appointed Michael JM Reid, Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner, Meston Reid & Co, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company.
