Notice is hereby given that on 1 October 2021 a Petition was presented to Dundee Sheriff Court by Stewart MacDonald, Insolvency Practitioner of Azets Holdings Ltd, craving the Court inter alia that Caledonia Property Co (West High St) Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC479865) and with its registered office at Chapelshade House, 78-84 Bell Street, Dundee, Angus, DD1 1HN be wound up by the Court and that James Fennessey and Blair Milne both Insolvency Practitioners of Azets Holdings Ltd, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF or other person as the Court may see fit, to be Joint Interim Liquidators of Caledonia Property Co (West High St) Ltd; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 1 October 2021, ordained the said Caledonia Property Co (West High St) Ltd, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; and in the meantime appointed the said James Fennessey and Blair Milne both Insolvency Practitioners of Azets Holdings Ltd, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of Caledonia Property Co (West High St) Ltd; confers power upon them to safeguard and ingather the assets of Caledonia Property Co (West High St) Ltd; all of which notice is hereby given.
