Notice is hereby given that on 16 July 2021, a petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by the former director of Hendry Bros Limited (Company Number SC514985) craving the Court inter alia to order that Hendry Bros formerly having its registered office at Avon Mill Cottage, Old Avon Road, Hamilton, Scotland, ML3 7UH be restored to the Register of Companies in which Petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 8 September 2021 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers within eight days of intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
