Notice is hereby given that on 28th June 2021 a petition was presented to Ayr Sheriff Court by the Directors of Pearl Leisure (Ayr) Ltd craving the Court inter alia to order that Pearl Leisure (Ayr) Ltd having their Registered Office at Unit A, Kyle Centre, High Street, Ayr, Scotland, HA7 1QT be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr by Interlocutor dated 14th July 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
