Notice is hereby given that on 12th July, 2021, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by CTC (Transportation) Limited craving the Court inter alia that CTC (Transportation) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC340419) and having its registered office at Unit 11a Newbridge Industrial Estate, Newbridge, Edinburgh EH28 8PJ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 12th July, 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh, within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; meantime appoints Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner of 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU as provisional liquidator of the Company and authorises such provisional liquidator to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act, 1986 for a limited period of six months (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of interim liquidators(s), whichever shall first occur; all of which notice is hereby given.
