This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of Part 15 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Amie Helen Johnson (IP Number: 18570) and Lloyd Biscoe (IP Number: 009141), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 1 Kings Avenue, London, N21 3NA were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 4 May 2021.

Purpose of the meeting

Please note that further to a requests from a creditor of the Company for a meeting of creditors having met the prescribed threshold in Rule 15.18(4) of the Insolvency Rules 2016 and pursuant to section 171 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a meeting by correspondence of the Company’s creditors will be held on 21 July 2021. Amie Helen Johnson, in her capacity as joint liquidator of the Company, is the convener of the meeting (“the Convener”).

The purpose of the meeting is for seeking decisions from the Company’s creditors as follows:

1. That Amie Johnson and Lloyd Biscoe be removed as Joint Liquidators and that Adam Harris and Michael Pallot, both of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St. Katherines Way, London, E1W 1DD, be appointed as Joint Liquidators.

1. That the costs of requisitioning the decision procedure by correspondence be paid as an expense of the liquidation under r15.19.

2. Whether a liquidation committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a committee and if so, who the creditors’ wish to nominate for membership of the committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 20 July 2021.
