A Petition to wind up the Company of Boston House, 212-214 High Street, Boston Spa LS23 6AD presented on 1 April 2021 by BRC LIMITED of R/O Corporation Road, Newport, South Wales NP19 4RD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts in Birmingham, Insolvency and Companies (CHD), Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS at 10.00 am on 2 August 2021 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner and/or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.15 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 by 16.00 hours on Friday 30 July 2021.
