Notice is hereby given that on 8 June 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dumbarton by Think Energy Limited having its registered office at Unit 7, 10 South Douglas Street, Clydebank, G81 1PD (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumbarton by Interlocutor dated 11 June 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Alistair McAlinden and Blair Carnegie Nimmo, both Insolvency Practitioners of Interpath Limited, 319 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS to be the Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers contained in Section 167 and Parts 1 to 3 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
