Notice is hereby given that on 15th April 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court, Ayr by ARUNDEL PROJECT SERVICES craving the court inter alia to order that ECHH AYRSHIRE LTD (SC605914), having its registered office at 42a Prestwick Road, AYR, KA8 8LB (formerly trading as ENTERKINE COUNTRY HOUSE LIMITED) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 15th April 2021, appointed BRYCE LUKE FINDLAY, 50 Darnley Street, Pollokshields, Glasgow G41 2SE to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company with the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers within eight days of intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
