Notice is hereby given that under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (‘the Rules’) that the Company was placed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) and Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 7 May 2021.

Notice is further given that the creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 9 June 2021 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidators at Quantuma Advisory Limited, Quantuma Advisory Limited, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.
