Notice is hereby given that on 26 April 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk by D-Mac Services Scotland Ltd for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up D-Mac Services Scotland Ltd (Company No: SC482584) having its registered office previously at Unit 4B Gateway Business Park, Beancross Road, Grangemouth, FK3 8WX and now at 12 Castle Road, Bankside Industrial Estate, Falkirk, FK2 7UY and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 28 April 2021 appointed Notice of the Import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in The Scottish Daily Mail newspaper; ordained the said company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; eo die the Sheriff Nominated and Appointed Thomas Campbell Maclennan, Insolvency Practitioner, FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD and Alexander Iain Fraser, Insolvency Practitioner, FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 2B, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company and Authorised them to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
