Notice is hereby given that on 23 April 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Formartine’s Visitor Centre LLP craving the Court inter alia that Formartine’s Visitor Centre LLP having its registered office at Formartine's Visitor Centre, Tarves, Ellon, Scotland, AB41 7NU be wound up by the Court and that Gordon MacLure, Insolvency Practitioner, of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL be appointed as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 23 April 2021 appointed the said Gordon MacLure of Johnston Carmichael LLP as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
