Notice is hereby given that on 15 March 2021 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy pursuant to section 124A of the Insolvency Act 1986 for, inter alia, an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that MGH Properties Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC532745) and having its Registered Office at 24 Stonelaw Road, Rutherglen, Suite 3. Red Tree Business Suites, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G73 3TW be wound up and that Tom MacLennan and Alexander Iain Fraser both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited be appointed as Interim Liquidators; in which Petition Lord Ericht by Interlocutor dated 15 March 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto with the Clerk at the Court of Session, Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
