Notice is hereby given that on 14th December 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Stirling Sheriff Court by OCS Group UK Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (Company No. 305646), 4 Tilgate Forest Business Park, Brighton Road, Crawley, RH11 9BP craving the Court inter alia that LAK Investment Holdings Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (Company No. SC595015) and having its registered office at Unit A Logie Court, Stirling University Innovation Park, Stirling, FK9 4NF be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Stirling Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 14th December 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Stirling Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, under certification, all of which notice is hereby given.
