Notice is hereby given that on 2 December 2020, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Beatson's Building Supplies Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Allied Contracts (UK) Limited, Company No SC419985 and having their registered office at 142 Norfolk Street, Glasgow G5 9EQ be wound up by the Court in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 10 December 2020 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
