Notice is hereby given that on Friday 11 December 2020, at 10:02 a Petition was presented to Sheriff Leslie at Ayr Sheriff Court at Sheriff Court House, Wellington Square, Ayr KA7 1EE by MCLAREN TRAVEL LIMITED, 44 Bentinck Drive, Ayrshire Ka10 6hy, Troon, KA10 6HY (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up MCLAREN TRAVEL LIMITED (Company Number: SC462027) having its registered office at 44 Bentinck Drive, Troon KA10 6HY, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Friday 11 December 2020 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said MCLAREN TRAVEL LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr Sheriff Court at Sheriff Court House, Wellington Square, Ayr KA7 1EE within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
