A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no. 02278022), of 23 Austin Friars, London EC2N 2QP (the “Company”).

On 1 March 2018, Russell Downs, Douglas Nigel Rackham and Dan Yoram Schwarzmann (the “Administrators”) of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 7 More London Riverside, London SE1 2RT were appointed as the joint special administrators of the Company’s parent company, Beaufort Asset Clearing Services Limited (“BACSL”), pursuant to The Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011 (the “IBSA Regulations”).

By a special resolution passed on 27 November 2020, the Company’s sole shareholder (BACSL), acting by the Administrators, resolved that the Company should be wound up by the Court pursuant to section 122(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The Petition was presented on 27 November 2020.

THE COMPANY is the Petitioner. Its address is 23 Austin Friars, London, EC2N 2QP.

Date: The Petition will be heard at a one-day hearing in a two-day window between 15 – 16 December 2020, at the same time as: (i) an application pursuant to paragraphs 79(3)(b) and 98(2)(c) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (in each case, as applied by Regulation 15 of the IBSA Regulations) for the appointments of the Administrators of BACSL to cease to have effect, and for their discharge from liability in respect of any actions of theirs as joint administrators of BACSL; and (ii) a petition for BACSL to be wound up by the Court.

Time: a time to be confirmed by the Court (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their solicitors in accordance with rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on Monday 14 December 2020.
