Notice is hereby given that on 5th  October 2020 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Castle View International Holdings Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC129442) craving the Court inter alia that SPD Print & Design Limited (now known as CPC (Scotland) Limited following a change of name on 20th October 2020), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No: SC593373) and having its registered office at 82 Berkeley Street, Glasgow, G3 7DS be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Robb and Michelle Elliot of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DA be appointed Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 5th October 2020 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
