Notice is hereby given that on 15 October 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by IFR Fitness Ltd craving the Court inter alia that IFR Fitness Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company number SC596790 and having their Registered Office at 6 Farburn Drive, Stonehaven AB39 2BZ (“the Company”), should be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 15 October 2020 appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime appointed Gordon MacLure to be the Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986. All of which notice is hereby given.
