Notice is hereby given that on 29 September 2019, a Petition was presented to Ayr Sheriff Court by The Railway Hotel (Scotland) Limited, craving the Court inter alia that The Railway Hotel (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC606147) and having its registered office at 54 Glaisnock Street, Cumnock, KA18 1BY be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Insolvency Practitioner of KPMG LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EG and Alistair McAlinden, Insolvency Practitioner of KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 1 October 2020, the Sheriff ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 1EE within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
