Notice is hereby given that on 17 September 2020 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by John Gordon and Stewart Lawrence Gove, directors of Incentive Group Limited craving the Court that Incentive Group Limited (SC464201), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 65 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 5HD (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor 17 September 2020 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Stewart MacDonald, Insolvency Practitioner, Azets, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NL to be provisional liquidator with the powers specified in Paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
