Notice is hereby given that on 7 September 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth Sheriff Court by Red-I Design and Display Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that Red-I Design and Display Limited, having its registered office at Unit 5, Mid Friarton, Friarton Road, Perth, PH2 8EL be wound up by the Court and that Gordon MacLure, Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishops Court, 29 Alpine Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL be appointed as interim liquidator; and which Petition of the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 8 September ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court house within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
