Notice is hereby given that on 5 August 2020 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk by Peter Johnston craving the Court inter alia that Peter Johnston Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at First Floor, 4 Earls Court, Earls Gate Business Park, Grangemouth, FK3 8ZE (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by interlocutor dated 6 August 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Falkirk, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Kenneth Pattullo and Adam Southard, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
