Notice is hereby given that on 21 July 2020 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston Sheriff Court by Envirosoil Technologies Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company registration number SC168239 and having its registered office at 20 Nasmyth Court, Houstoun Industrial Estate, Livingston, EH54 5EG (“the Company”) craving the court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff, by first deliverance dated 22 July 2020, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Livingston Sheriff Court, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 6FF within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement and, in the meantime, appointed Thomas Campbell MacLennan and Alexander Iain Fraser, Insolvency Practitioners of FRP Advisory, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
