Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2020, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by Sprogs Youth Fitness Ltd (in Liquidation), Third Floor Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB, and Ian Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, Quantuma LLP, Third Floor Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB as Liquidator thereof craving the Court inter alia that OD FITNESS LTD, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC487121) with their registered office at 7 Thorniewood Gardens, Uddingston, Glasgow, G71 6NQ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Brian Milne, Insolvency Practitioner of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB be appointed as interim liquidator of said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor of 10 July 2020 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court, Birnie House, Caird Park, Hamilton Business Park, Caird Street, Hamilton, ML3 0A within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; and meantime appointed Brian Milne, Insolvency Practitioner of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
