Notice is hereby given that on 7 July 2020 a Petition was presented at Glasgow Sheriff Court by James Justin Doig, residing at 4D Pollokshields Square, Glasgow, craving the Court that Contraho Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC325209 and having its registered office at 116 Elderslie Street, Glasgow, G3 7AW, be wound up by the Court and interim liquidators appointed in which Petition, by interlocutor dated 7 July 2020, Sheriff Swanson appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime nominated and appointed Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners of Begbies Traynor, having a place of business at Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP, to be joint provisional liquidators of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months from the date thereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of interim liquidator(s) of the said company, whichever is earlier.
